We at Greytrix have developed a report called ‘Monthly Rolling AR Report’ where user will be able to view the entire customer transactions total at one place according to the fiscal periods. Please refer the below screenshot.
In the above screen there will be default selection criteria for the current fiscal year. User can change the fiscal year for which the data is to display. The transaction records will be displayed month wise for the selected fiscal year. User also has the ability to view the data on the basis of selection criteria of customer, customer class and customer name.
When user prints the report along with the transaction data the Beginning balance and Ending balance for a particular month will be calculated and displayed. The report will display by monthly for all customers in the following format.
